Rainbows do a lots more and join in activities with Brownies, Guides and Rangers.

Rainbows make a promise which they must learn just like Brownies and Guides:-

They also have a " Rainbow Chat " where they can tell their Rainbow friends what they have been doing.
Rainbow Guides are aged between 5 and 7 years and are the youngest section in the movement.
They wear uniform from a choice of different items.
